DS concept
The parent has a pointer to this master key, this pointer is the DS record.
Though the key set of the child changes, the pointer to the master key is the same.
Child can roll their zone-keys over without involvement of the parent.
Parent can re-sign the DS record without interaction to the child.
Absence of the DS record in the parent indicates that child is not considered secured.
