TF-CSIRT and relations with CEC

Lobbying European CSIRT interests in CEC/Brussels is seen as an important function of TF-CSIRT

• TF-CSIRT organised few delegations from CSIRT community to talk to Commission about Infrastructure Security related problems in eEurope concept during November 2000 and March 2001
• EWIS (Early Warning and Information System) – new initiative supported by EC
  • EWIS discussed (and hardly critised) at the last TF-CSIRT meeting in September 2001
