DS and OPT-IN: none, one, the other or both?
After intense discussion it seems clear that DS is percieved as necessary. Flag day and all
Opt-in is more controversial, but given the DS induced delays and flag day it is likely that Opt-in also eventually will be adopted
A possible compromise for Opt-in is Olaf Kolkmans suggestion of Opt-in only for delegation nodes (i.e. keep 2535 for all auth nodes)
