• Implement pilot as per TERENA contract:
  • Phase 1 (started May 97)
    • Incident Support
  • Phase 2 (after May 98)
    • All the elements of phase 1
    • + Basic Incident Coordination(BIC)
  • Migration to Full Incident Coordination after 2 - 2.5 years (outside the current contract)
