  • Independent membership organisation member funding
  • Quality badge awarded following accreditation
  • complaints judged by elected member committee

• Plus points:

  • Better code to make greater distinctions between members and the rest of the industry
  • Ability to expand to encompass other internet services and to widen membership beyond Nominet Tag Holders  

• Concerns:

  • No real teeth
  • Difficult to get potential members to fund
