In order of deployment.

• Default: Sign all outgoing (hostmaster@ripe.net) mails with the NCC key.

• Strong LIR authentication: Hostmasters only accept PGP authenticated mails.

• Encryption of mail from LIR: we’ll decrypt incoming material

• Encryption of mail to LIR: Hostmasters will encrypt all outgoing mail
