• Task force for improvement of NCC services to its membership

• Gather comments from the community on

  • Metrics such as min delay, best possible deay etc
  • Broken parts in the current process and policies
  • Ways to improve communication flow

• Resume the input into a short and clear document to report back to the WG

• Deliver the approved document to the RIPE NCC as input for the processes and policies review
