10 Assignment window for infrastructure, raised by @Home
When a LIR primarily assigns addresses to its own infrastructure, how is the assignment window mechanism supposed to work ?
Today the whole assignment to the LIRs infrastructure is taken into account every time a new assignment is made, and the LIR have to send all incremental assignments trough the NCC.
This problem was not well understood by the wg at the meeting.
Whether clarifications of this policy is needed will be raised on the lir-wg list.
