sub-TLA Allocation
First TLA is divided into sub-TLAs
- each first sub-TLA allocation will be 13 bits
To get sub-TLA allocation:
- 3 or more peers (later 3 or more TLA peers)
- 100 non dial-up customers (later 100 IPv6 customers)
- deployment plan to offer IPv6 services in 3 months
