Right now: scientific project
- We collect data that we believe is correct
- Analysis describes the data and extracts parameters that are believed to be correct
- But not all results have been verified,
- We should not use the data (yet) to judge the performance of a an ISP
Long Term
- Tool to analyze network performance
- Useless if there are too many restrictions on usage of the data
